Is this a photoshop image or not? Make a wild guess.
I saw this image when I was searching for a tree and this picture came out as one of the top search image for that word. First I think it was a photoshop rendition but after I test the quality of pixels I am so shock because it was a real picture taken from Indonesia.
He was Dede, they call him Tree Man or Half Man Half Tree. Dede is experiencing the biggest test of his life right now.

I read about this guy, it is something like warts that have gone wild.
